I had previously purchased a generic adapter and it only lasted about a year before the wired frayed out where the cord meets the end piece. I am very happy with this one. It seems to fit very well, and works great. The generic one I had didn't fit the connector perfectly, so it had to be in a certain position in order for it to charge. This one has no issues. I would recommend it!
