This adapter came with Dell stamped on it. I like that the outlet is grounded with the 3 prongs instead of just the 2 like other brands that will fit this computer but are not as good. So far it works great, have not had any problems. Had to buy a replacement because the original one was getting frayed right by where it connects to the laptop. This one seems to generate just as much heat as the original which is no problem at all.
