Charges my 13 in Aluminum Macbook perfectly and fast!! I like that there is a light to let me know that it is plugged in, I tend to move my laptop around the house a lot!! I did note that the two pieces are a little loose, so they do come apart at times, but not anything that causes too much trouble.
